We will discuss the Lp-abundance of trivial and simple Lyapunov spectrum for a wide class of cocycles, either for discrete time case as for linear differential system. In particular,  we give fine properties for the L^p-denseness of simple spectrum and L^p-residuality of one-point spectrum.
